XPKGUI Error! <<Please Help>>

Hi, first of all im new so hi duh,
anyways i only visited this site to ask about an error but i turned back and looked at the title OMG Wrestling mods? now thats something you don't see every month. I Usually just love raw unfortunately i have WWE RAW Total Edition and maybe xpkGUI might not be compatible with it, but i think that, that ain't the error the following error is this:
[Error! Can't open XPK file C:\Program Files\Raw Modders Union\WWE RAW - Total Edition\XPK\TEX.xpk for writing]
please help, im trying to remove those horrible orange ropes (not horrible but once you play alot on it you really get bored of it) im replacing it with smackdowns one (blue) so please i need help.

NOTE:
The mod im adding is just a test, if this one works ima gonna start using all of your made mods and gonna share my mods mainly related to SPIDER HARDY a fan fiction created by me. i will be posting his song + titantron unfortunately i made him in create a superstar but look! he still rocks with all those lionusalts, moonsaults, frogsplahes, hurciranas, gores, spinebusters and most of the vintage + athletic moves takin from paul london, rey mysterio, jeff hardy.
If this was real it might be like three in one!:
1- Lil bit of cockyness like Randy Orton
2- Power Fighting, Humor like John Cena
3- Athletic moves from jeff hardy and rey mysterio


but mainly just help me with the error
